Shea (our dog) turned 2 this year.
Our kitchen was renovated and the backyard will get started this spring.

Owen learned how to sleep-and then apparently forgot so now no one in the house sleeps.
Claire loves her baby brother to pieces. Or maybe that should say "in" peices-she almost tore his arm off on three separate occasions.

Officially a SAHM...I consider it a brag because this is what I always wanted for myself. ( Not everyones dream )
DD has more than 20 words that others can understand at 17 months...BIG deal for us...since she is severely hearing impaired.
I feel good this year...changed my diet, started working out and make healthier meals for my family...and breakfast LOL
My cat let someone shave him...no more knots..no more hair balls puked all over my house.
DH has become a better helper than ever, cooks cleans and takes the garbage out ON TIME lol
I have finally went to one get together here on LIF and had a great time...will go to another one.

Divorce was final in March celebrated one year with my BF in May and moved in with him in September... see you in he11. Fa la la la la...la la la laaaaaa!!!

After 16 long months of TTC and several rounds of infertility treatments, we are finally pregnant! 
That's all that has mattered this year.

for me:
got married and bought a house
my cat has successfully transitioned into living as the only cat in our home, and accordingly, no longer pees on everything! but we miss buddy and bear terribly (they're still at MIL's).

Not much for me.
Celebrated the Hubs 30th in Vegas / Went to UFC fight.
Spent a week in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with my family sans the Hub.

Finally it's a year that is interesting!
I got my Ph.D., and recently found out that my paper got accepted in a journal
DH got a job in NY and we moved after living 8 years in MD
Moved into a great pre-war apartment
And now I'm expecting the next few years to be boring again, LOL!

* i re-united with my very first boyfriend and we're living together... i'm the happiest i've ever been
* DS has broken out of his anti-social shell (this is a major big deal around these here parts)
* there was a moment when i reconsidered my no more babies rule... then i realized how much i love my sleep, now that i'm getting closer to 40
that's it. not very exciting, but what a ride!!
