Spitting Up/Throwing Up Question...
Alex has always been a spitter, but today she has been doing it quite a bit more, and it smells more like vomit/puke rather than that normal spit-up smell. It still has the consistency of normal spit-up, just a lot more. She has had wet diapers all day, doesn't seem feverish, but has like a wailing cry that's not her normal cry. Could it be a little stomach bug maybe?

It could be - Michael's been battling it on and off for like a month now! Damn bugs!
If she's still doing this again tomorrow, it doesn't hurt to call her ped. - they may want to see her - do a weight check and check her over...

It could also be what you're eating... Alex has smelly spit-up when I eat anything with dairy or when I have tomatoes... REALLY bad when I ahve tomatoes

Miranda is a reflux baby like Alex and this is totally normal for her. Pretty much an every day occurance.
