SPR: Has anyone on here had a breast reduction?

I've considered it before but have always been too scared. After having DD the pain in my back is becoming unbearable.
I'm basically looking for some guidance as to where to even start reseraching or rather what I should be researching I guess. Also, if you had it done before having children, were you able to BF? And also after having the reduction and then having DC did the size change again?

I had a reduction when I was about 20. I am now 31 and after 2 kids my boobs still look pretty good! I did breastfeed my children, but I definitely had to supplement with formula. When I pumped I only got 1 oz. the most from each boob...i was so frustrated! I would absolutely reccommend it.
