sprinkler parks in nassau
I was just at bay park in east rockaway and the sprinklers weren't turned on..any other sprinkler parks in nassau that are turned on already???

If you are a Town of Oyster Bay resident....Tobay beach has a great park for kids with sprinklers...On the bay side

Seaman's Neck Park in Seaford has one. Haven't been by to see if it's on yet.

When do they normally turn them on...Bay park is so close to me and convenient but it wasn't on today I was so upset!!!

Not sure if it's the same one but there was one down the block from me in Little Neck on LN Parkway, just north of Northern Blvd (in a playground, east side). We lived at that sprinkler park last summer 
Once the sprinkler parks are on, there are a bunch that I know of in Nassau:
Bay Park
Grant Park
Lynbrook pool (entrance both from within the pool and outside the pool so you don't need to be a member)
Hendrickson Park (Valley Stream)
Great Neck on Great Neck Road (this is a great park and sprinkler park - the other place we spent our lives last summer)
