Sprint & Iphone 5
I have been a loyal SPRINT customer. Im talking 12 yrs plus.
I finally got an Iphone for Christmas and I love it. I was a droid girl and made the change.
Well, I cant send pics in text, they wont deliver.
I sent a text this morning to two ppl, a group message, never delivered.
I dont get 4G service though I though I was and if i have to pay more that, hells to the NO.
Is is Sprint or maybe the Iphone 5?

My DH has Sprint and the IPhone 5 and his phone NEVER works properly. I have an IPhone 4S through Verizon and we rarely get texts/pics that we send eachother. I really think it has to do with the service and not the phone itself.

We have sprint I have the iPhone 5 and DH a droid and our phones never work properly.
In the last few months we never have service or his phone will roam for an hour but he has service. I was having trouble with sending messages they never went through or so it said on my end so I would retry and the person would get multiples of the same message from me.
DH calls and they tell him they are in the process of making major upgrades

This happened to me and because I have apple care I went to the apple store and they did tests on my new 5 and then have me a brand new one. It works a lot better now. But still like today with the weather it doesn't work as well as it normally does.

Sprint is also in the process of taking over all the Nextel cell towers on LI, better service is coming, but I love sprint, been a customer for over 8years
