I saw an advertisement today to get it for dad for fathers day.
And yes....its real....I LITERALLY don't know what to think about this....

I am really glad they chose to have the model in pants.
I am also glad they chose not to do anything clever around the word "stool."
I sort of can see how it might be beneficial though I have no plans to get it.

ETA- as a person who has no gallbladder, I can assure you, I do not need any devices or special positions to help me go. That is NO problem!

My dh may shoot me but he has one! He heard Howard talking about it and he had to have it! He swears it works well and cuts down on the time he is in the bathroom. I hate the stupid thing it's just one more thing I have to clean in the bathroom!

Plus, it also allows DS to get up on the toilet without our help. So for potty training purposes, it totally was worth every penny!

This doesn't shock me. I've heard other cultures do this already. Men who will climb up on the seat to 'squat' and its just how they do it.
It does make sense. After all you pop a squat in the woods not try to be perpendicular to the ground with your thighs. and with IBS issues I can say honestly, it does help. I just use a step stool when it was that bad. Look, I could have made money!

It is said that many kids don't like the fact that their feet dangle when they go to the bathroom. This has helped a lot in the special needs population.

They say you are suppose to squat like that when you go. i actually read it somewhere not to long ago about it. It helps and makes i wanna say the intestines to not "bend".

I'll admit, I'm intrigued.
I have this step stool in my bathroom anyway, DD uses it to get on the toilet. I gotta admit, the idea DOES work.

i have one...bought it after i heard howard rave for many sessions about how complete his eliminations are...it works! the design is good too, because it tucks under the toilet and doesn't take up much room.
