stainless steel pots/pans cleaning question
If you have stainless pots and pans, how do you clean them so that you don't have any residue or spots left? I thought I had properly oiled a pan tonight before cooking meat, and let it soak too, and got all of the stuff up but it left spots and outlines of what had been there.
I would love to hear of any tricks or products/methods you use to keep them looking new.
TIA!

I just use a doby pad with dawn. That seems to do the trick for me.

BAr Keepers Friend. I got it at BBB. Great product! I had stains on my pots after frying up meatballs once. It got them RIGHT out!

I use something with some abrasive, so Bar Keepers Friend, Astonish, brillo pads. They will discolour slightly, but that cleans them really well.
