Starting baby on meats?
I should start out by saying, I am a vegetarian and know absolutely nothing about cooking meat (DH is a meat eater). The doctor wants us to start proteins. I have no problem giving DD meat, but I don't know how to prepare it.
How did you start your DC on meat? Did you give jarred stuff, or make it yourself? If you made it yourself, how did you do it and what kinds of meat? Thanks!!!

I give jarred....I started at 8 months with dd, and 6 1/2 months with ds.....

I gave dd meat at 9 months. I grilled a peice of chicken and cut into small peices.
