I have heard at night....DH is taking it also (25mg) & takes it in the am with no side effects...

I took mine right before bed....that worked for me. I'm pretty sure you should take it at around the same time each day. Good luck

I take it night before I go to bed, but it doesn't really matter.

I took it right before bed. I have heard that if you have side effects they are much easier if they happen when you are sleeping.

I took it right before I went to sleep. I didn't want to deal with any mood swings.
