Starting OPK for the first time today...
When should i start peeing? Im thinking after work...but I tend to drink a lot of water and tea when Im at work so will that have an effect on the accuracy? Should i make sure not to drink for hours before? Am I overthinking this?

according to the directions on mine, it doesn't matter when but let your pee build up for 2 hours (seriously it said that)

I opted for the morning, only because i also tend to drink a lot during the day, and its VERY hard for me not to drink anything for 3-4 hours straight.

Mine said 4 hours
Where did I hear that morning pee wasnt the best to use?

I also drink alot during the day. I never had luck in the afternoon. I get my smiley in the AM with FMU.

Ideally you should hold your urine for 4 hours but that is really hard to do. I just try not to drink a lot then test when I haven't urinated for 2-3hrs.
