Starting Table food...
How do you know how much food they are getting??? because the baby food is 3.5-4 oz am i supssed to give her that much table food???
so confused!!!

Don't think too hard. 95% of her needed nutrition would still be provided by breastmilk or formula. Give her as much as she seems interested in eating.
