As it turns out, I'm developing quite a bit of a "beer belly" as my mother AND father told me on Friday! Chat Icon

So I convinced my sister to do the Shred with me....

I'm really excited, because I'm hoping to lose about 5-10 lbs (preferably in the belly area Chat Icon ). I'm wondering if you really lose weight or you just build muscle (which would actually make me gain weight, right?)?

Basically, what should I expect? I read some other posts on here and some people said they didn't lose weight but just got into better shape.
