You say the dress is plain but what overall detail does it have- length? sleeves? shape? and especially the neckline? What is your budget? Do you have a picture of the dress?
Take a look through the catalog on the lia sophia website to see if there's anything that catches your eye. In the meantime, here's a pic of the first necklace I thought of (of course, it all depends on what the dress looks like). It's the Ice necklace from the new catalog (it's bigger than it looks). I'm a fan of Amrita Singh. I have a ton of her pieces and if you buy on Gilt or Rue La La you can get great deals.
