Still working on sippy cup.....What to do with undrunk milk?

how long is it ok to save the milk or keep it out for?

She plays and drinks, but takes forever to finishes 8oz.

she is still learning she needs to tilt it for it to come out, so I need to fill it in the beginning

I'm sure there is some rule about this. I went by "how long could milk sit out before I won't drink it?" I decided it was anywhere over 20 minutes but compromised at an hour.

I would give her significantly less until she gets the hang of it.
