For undergrad, pick a major that will lead to a career. Not something that will require some form of grad school to get a decent job anywhere.
Ditto this!!! And study harder in college (well, I guess LEARN how to study would be more correct.)

I like the ones:
- get a Bachelor's degree
- don't use credit cards
and I would add:
- save more of my paycheck when didn't have so many bills!

Ask my mom more questions about herself and her upbringing, my parent's courtship and what I was like as a child.
I thought I had all the time in the world to learn these things and when I lost her at a young age it was like this whole encyclopedia of family knowledge was lost.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! You have to pay back loans. You have to pay back credit cards. You have to pay back debt.
Yes, everyone knows this but everyone should have this TATTOOED to their foreheads the minute they walk onto a college campus and those credit card recruiters spot them.
