stomach bug and BF'ing WWYD?
If you were vomiting would you continue BF'ing or pump and give a bottle?

I would def at least pump and give the bottle, have DH do the feedings if you can. You want to pass on the immunities to the baby but keeping your physical distance (with the stomach virus) might be best. That nasty virus is the worst. Feel better!

Both DS and I had a bug a few weeks ago. I went on to Kellymoms and read that you should continue to BF the baby.

Keep BFing. I was sick with a big in May and my dr told me to breastfeed through it. You pass immunities, not disease through your milk. just stay hydrated and rest
