Stonyfield Organic Milk with or without added Omega 3?
Is there a reason I shouldn't give my 1-year old son the one WITH omega 3?
Which do you use?

We use the one without Omega-3, but DS gets two Omega-3 gummies a day.

How old is he? My son only has 4 front teeth and can't chew gummies yet...

Stonyfield Organic Milk with or without added Omega 3?
We started gummies at 2. Before that DS had liquid Omega 3. we use Nordic Naturals. My ped said it's very good for them.

Without! The omega 3 they use is controversial as it doesn't come from fish.
We use omega 3 eggs and eat fish 2x a week, its enough.

So, is there any harm in using it? Is the controversy about it being BAD or just not AS GOOD as the fish?
