Stopping the Pill and TTC ?
Hi ladies. I'm a regular poster, but I'm in hiding. My family does not know we're even thinking about TTC and I want to keep it that way, for now. 
(Hence, the new screen name.)
We're planning on starting to TTC in September. If I take my last pack of BC in June, is that enough time for my body to regulate itself? Is two months a sufficient amount of time to be off the pill before trying?

it should be good - however everyone's body is different....
i came off in march and this was our first ttc month and it didn't work.
a close friend of mine took 8 months for it to work...
give yourself plenty of time and try not to stress!

That sounds like a good amount of time. I'd keep in mind, however, that some people get pregnant RIGHT AWAY after stopping BCP, while it takes others months or years before getting pregnant.
I'd stop BCP as soon as possible, but would try another form of protection if you don't want to get pregnant before your set TTC date.

Everyone regulates at different times. I went of BCPs in November..and I only started O'ing last month.
But that could be a rare occurence.
Give yourself time to regulate. But 2 months sounds pretty good.

everybody is different, hopefully that will be enough for you. In my case, after 15 months my body was still not regulated, but lucky for me I got pregnant with the irregular cycles.

Thanks ladies for your responses. I actually got the chills when I read all the "good lucks" and saw baby dust!
I'm surprised at my response, since I went from "Nah, not having kids" to "Maybe some day, several years from now", to secretly deciding with DH that we'll try this fall.
