Do you trust CVS or target monthly items?

Yes, I buy the CVS pads for both myself and my dd and we have no problems with them.

Re: Store brand feminine products
I trust stay free and tampax pearl for the bad days lol. Days 1 and 2. From there, I have used cvs brand and was fine. But not for the beginning - lesson learned

This is my feeling too but there's such a price difference sometimes on tampons but I'm too scared to test out tampons. I'll stick with Tampax then.

It never even occurred to me that there would be anything wrong with store brand. I have my preferences but I'll use/buy store brand in a pinch.

They don't leak? They work? I remember one time a store brand that I bought was so bad that I had to take 3 tampons to the bathroom because sometimes the cotton would get stuck in the applicator and I'd have to open another one. I threw out half the box because they wouldn't come out.

They work better actually. The tampax pearl brand never opened up right in my body and i hated them The target brand are amazing

And just so everyone knows. Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens don't all have their own factories making cheap tampons. They are using someone else's factory- one of the big names- and just not paying for advertising, fancy packaging etc

Re: Store brand feminine products
I order bulk through Amazon 1x a year (16 boxes of each) - Natracare products -- organic without dioxin in the cotton. Feels better knowing there aren't chemicals in the products

I've switched too, after I saw a lot of articles about the toxins in tampons
I use 7th generation

Store brand feminine products
I have purchased CVS knock off of Always Overnight Pads. They work just as fine. Not a fan of the tampons though. One time at work had to get one from a coworker...lets just say didn't hold up.

I used to use the store brand tampax pearl equivalents for a long time and never had issues. but after having my first baby, the only thing that works for me now are OB.

I'm sorry but the image of people making cheap tampons and maxi pads has me I don't know why it's funny but it is. And it's the same with diapers. The target brand worked great for us
