Stranger Danger - What age?

DS is 3 - he knows his full name, mommy's name, daddy's name, his phone number and street name....

he knows that his phone number is "very important" and if a police man asks he should tell him.

When do I start telling him about stranger danger?

How do I start telling him? Does anyone have any books in that age range they can recomend?

You know, I just thought of this a few days ago.

DD is 3.5 and I had an epiphany the other day-despite what I've taught her about running away from me or holding my hand and getting lost or someone taking her, I think if someone offered her a piece of candy or an ice cream she would go. She has always been pretty social, but the other day, Chris's uncle, whom she had just met asked her if she wanted to get an ice cream and off she went.

That really scared me-I think it is time.
