between the crazy family, the looney in-laws, always taking on too much at work, and a two year old who I swear messes with me like an adult...I am a 10 on most days, but I wouldn't know how to live without it.
My cardiologist suggested yoga...and I literally laughed at him. He thinks my life is funny...and not normal.

Right now, my stress level is in the 1-3 range. If you had this poll a few months ago (well, even in May-June) I would have said 10+ due to *other* stuff (won't incriminate myself and mention it). Let's just say the stress had nothing to do with my personal life.

I have little stress right now- I am at home with my baby daughter who is a dream to take care of. But that will change when I go back to work in three weeks- they my stress level will be off the charts

For now everything is going well, enjoying the summer, work is relatively low stress BUT I know that typically stress levels can change at a moments notice!

Right now 10+. I have some news coming within the next 24 - 48 hours and I am very nervous. If things work out it will be VERY good for me. I am stressing.
I also have not been sleeping very well.
