stretch marks question
Do stretch marks show up while your pregnant, or can they appear after you give birth?
I'm trying to figure out if I'm safe as long as they don't show up while I'm pregnant. So far they haven't and even though I'm 25 weeks, I measure like a 35 week pregnant woman (twins).

With my DD i didn't get stretch marks till right before she was born. Once she dropped I got the stretch marks on the bottom of my belly.

i got a few small ones on my hips in my third tri, i forget how far along i was.
i didn't get any more during or after pregnancy.

they are really hard to see if you are really big.. sometimes you can see shiny parts to your skin in certain lights. after you deliver these will be stretch marks.. with my first i didn't get any until i was due..
Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones!!

i didnt get any
I dont know if it mattered, but I put lotion on 3x a day -
in the AM after the shower
when I got home from work and again before bed

I didn't get any until 37 weeks, and they just kept on coming. I find that oil is the best, none of the cocoa butter, creams worked for me.
