Update:
Apparently I can't read. They do make a dressier shoe in a smaller size now. Which I remember them not doing before.
I just need to read the correct section in their website. And pick "baby boy" and not "toddler boy".  Thanks Ang-Rich for coming to my rescue! It's amazing what old age does ot you.

They don't make a dressy loafer for anything under size 8.5.
I told them several times that they were losing business on this.
They only have casual shoes for kids with sizes under 8.5
Now I don't know where to find him a good pair of "dressy" shoes for the winter.
