Stride Rite Outlet Riverhead
They measured my son's foot wrong. He has been measured there the last two times and apparently they messed up twice! He has been wearing a 12 regular when he needed a 13.5 wide!   Poor kid. DOn't trust them to measure feet. We would have never known except they did not have a single size 12 velcro shoe for boys in the whole store.

2 months ago they measured my daughter and said 8. we got her size 8 and they were falling off of her. shes a 7- 7 1/2

Ditto. Thankfully I did not believe the girl who measured my son. I left and went somewhere else where I was told the right size.

the employees there are useless! I was there last summer and the guy refused to help me measure dd's foot It wasn't even crowded - you're basically on your own there since it's an outlet I guess

thank goodness its only out there, I took DD friday to the one in wantagh and I watched him measure her foot so no doubt what she is. sorry you all had a bad experience

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but why not just use the foot measure thing and do it yourself? I went to the SR outlet today in CT and I didn't even know they measured feet. I just measured DD's on my own. The numbers and width are right on the measurer
