Stroller Strides
Hey ladies. Does anyone go to Stroller Strides classes? Someone was just telling me that they go a few times a week and love it. I just signed up for a free class, and cant wait to try it out.

My sisters friend does the one in eisenhower park and she loves it. She said she gets a really good work out. She was one of the moms on tv when one of the news channels talked about it.

That's great - Eisenhower Park is the location I'll be going to also. I'm really excited to try my first class next week!

I have gone to the one at Cedar Creek, I love it. I went last summer - I am a teacher. I want to go this summer but I am not sure Sara will sit in the stroller when she sees the park.
