hhmmm...DH...do you have a pool? He can be our pool boy?Chat Icon

I have an inflatable pool for the kids!!! We'll probably put in a pool when the boys get older (I'm too scared right now to do it). Does this mean our deal is on hold for a few years?Chat Icon

Re: Stucco House

I personally like the look but would not upgrade my house to have stucco...My BIL has it & it looks gorgeous...

Our house is brick & siding...Love it & the upkeep is easier!!!! Powerwash away!!! Chat Icon

Wow! You want it and you haven't even seen the inside!!! Ahhh...curb appeal!! Sells people all the time! Chat Icon

You'll have to come over one day and check out your future pad!! Warning: HUGE possibility that you will ring the bell and hear me yell, "Wait a minute!". That will be me getting dressed. We hang in our PJ's here all day! Chat Icon

I love Tudor's so I favor stucco (and brick over vinyl siding)...

Ours too..it's a cape that's brick and painted white so it looks like stucco! Also tudor-ish..looking.

Re: Stucco House

My parents have lived in a stucco house for the last 31 years and never had a problem with mold.

Re: Stucco House

I like the look of stucco on certain homes. I also think if it's done right you won't have any problem with mold and leaking.

I love stucco. I grew up in a house that was brick, with stucco and pebble-dash. It wasn't mouldy at all.

Beautiful house, Smiley. Good luck if you decide to go for it!Chat Icon

Re: Stucco House

We have stucco on the second floor of our home but being it's new we haven't had any problems, I will let you know if we ever do.

Re: Stucco House

I LOVE the look (tudor, french provincial, spanish colonial)

I just saw on HGTV House Detectives that there was mold/mildew on one of the outside walls because brushes were too close to the wall.
