stuffing unflavored in the bag (the ones they put out at holidays)
chopped or crushed walnuts sausage meat chicken liver (grossssss but you don't taste it ) chopped 3 or 4 onions celery poultry seasonings (season powder) garlic chopped peeled chopped onion broth )swanson tyme s & p
brown sausage with seasoning, garlic, liver blegh add breadcrumbs (fine ones, she said not the perfect square ones..whatever that means lol), throw in somebroth enough to make it juicy, then celery, tyme, a touch of oil mix together she said it's not measured! old school

Re: Stuffing recipes
I buy the bags of stuffing like Arnold or Pepperidge farms. I get the sage flavored ones.
I fry up some breakfast sausage then add olive oil and butter to the pan, add onions, celery and get those soft. Then add mushrooms. Get them incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Put in bag(s) of stuffing and then add chicken stock. I use about two containers (swanson low salt, organic)
I think that's it. It should be moist and yummy.
