Stupid question...re ttc and phys activity...
During the 2ww, do you take it easy physically??? I find that I'm so obsessed, and even get worried about taking the garbage out, or bending over, or sitting in a weird position!!! (I know I'm a weirdo) Does anyone else do this???? Like tonight, I was doing housework and did a LOT of bending, and am now feeilng like oh no what if i maybe was going to be pg but now won't implant???? I know I knw I'm crazy.........Anyone else?

Re: Stupid question...re ttc and phys activity...
YES! Mostly about exercise though. I have become too afraid to run or exercise from O onward. So, I change my entire work out regimen for two weeks a month (well, i only stared last month, lol). BUT I HATE IT!
So I am sooooo interested to hear what others have to say. Especially those that have gotten BFPs - were they jogging every day on the treadmill during the 2ww? IF so, I'm done with this!
I guess i didn't really answer your post! sorry

Re: Stupid question...re ttc and phys activity...
I stopped running 3 months ago because of this and I regret. I feel like a fat slob and I'm not pregnant yet.
So I have joined a gym and plan on doing low impact aerobics like the stair master and elyptical. If it takes me 8 months to get a BFP I can't let myself go in the meantime.
They say that exercise is good. So we'll see.

Honestly, if a pregnancy is healthy and VIABLE, normal physical activities aren't going to make a difference. That embryo will implant and is so well protected.
I had the same concerns and my doctor laughed at me for wanting to cut back on exercise. She said NOT exercising is more harmful.

This is exactly what I was going to say.... people have been conceiving for thousands of years and continuing their normal activity WELL into pregnancy.
