Stupid questions re: Passover
I'm not Jewish and wondering what the proper thing is to say to my Jewish friends - is it "Happy Passover?" or something else? Thank you! Also, when does it start and when does it end?
Please forgive my ignorance

Re: Stupid questions re: Passover
You can say Happy Passover.
I appreciate that you asked!
It starts tonight at sundown and ends next Tuesday night at Sundown.

Re: Stupid questions re: Passover
You can also say A Zissen Pesach (a sweet passover). That's Yiddish.
but Happy Passover is 100% perfect.

Re: Stupid questions re: Passover
I always say to have a sweet pesach. I'm not Jewish, but my boss has me well trained.

Re: Stupid questions re: Passover
or you can just say "chag sameach", pronounced "sam-ay-ach" (happy holiday in Hebrew). that covers all of them
