Stupid things people say...please feel free to add on!!
Today I had 2 stupid comments....
1. Co-Worker: your not going to be able to get rid of the pooch after having twins, your going to need a tummy tuck it will never be the same again...
2. Friend of mine: I can't believe you're having twins...you are going to be so HUGE!
Even though this is a fact and I am ok with it, what a stupid EFFFFFFFFFFFFIN comment! My reply was: YUP but at least it's twins right!!
Sorry just had to vent it out :)

Whoa!!!  That's not just stupid, that's INSANE!!! Seriously, no one in their right mind would say that to another human being; pregnant or not.

hahaha, my best friend told me she can wait for me to be big and fat. i knew what she -meant- because she LOVE pregnancy, but there could have been a much nicer way to phrase it to someone she knows is very self-concious about her body (aka ME)!

I know LOL I am the same way! I just feel like it's just a stupid thing to say, not thought out and honestly it wouldn't come out of my mouth because I personally find it to be offensive (even though it's the truth  )!

I hate when people I don't really know that well ask me if I did fertility treatments to get twins...I haven't had the guts to say "no we just had sex twice in one night" yet! I saw that comment in a book and thought it was hysterical

What an idiot to say that to you!
I don't have one specifically today but I am just getting really annoyed with people and their stupid opinions. Everytime I get excited about how close my maternity leave is someone says "well its not like you have free time off you are going to be doing alot of work" or "well get used to not sleeping" or "you will be begging to come back" (which i do not agree with) - I understand there is some truth behind it but shut up & stop raining on my parade moron.
(your not the moron.. the person who annoyed me..haha)

I got from a couple people- are you sure there arent twins in there- so dumb!
my best friend started with the oh you are having a girl, you're face changed- so I told her that hers did too and she better go back to the dermatologist- I think she realized then she was an azzhole

lol AWESOME response. People seriously don't think before they run their mouth. It's sickening what people say to pregnant woman.
I get the face changing thing a lot too. Someone actually said it looked like I was having a girl because my nose got wider.
My own sister said it looked like I had a beer gut. Well thanks a lot. I guess that's suppose to make me feel good.

i doubt your nose got wider!! but they do say that happens for girls. my SIL's nose (and whole face) changed during her first pregnancy and she had a boy, second pregnancy no facial changes at all and she had a girl - so the wives tales are hard to go by b/c they aren't always accurate - but i am sure you look adoreable!! you looked great in your FB pics - same face to me!
mia you are going to be so hot with your belly. you were freakin gorgeous with your DD. i loved your maternity photos  and you are a thin girl with a nice body to start off with - you will be fine! i don't know why people have to make these annoying comments - i always tried to watch what i said to my pregnant friends/co-workers/family just b/c i knew they were probaby horomonal and i never wanted to upset anyone
i honestly think pregnancy is beautiful - i always have - so i think all preggies are gorgeous!

Ughhh people are so dumb with their comments!
We went to a christening for a family friend's baby....well all of the parents (including my in-laws) are off the boat from Italy, and you know what they said?
"Oh good! You're nice and big and not so skinny anymore!"
Apparently (according to my DH) that's a compliment from them. Ummmmm really??
Then a few of the women kindly added I'd be back to pre-baby weight in no time  Gee thanks!

The comments not mean or nasty, just annoying hearing it over and over again from family members. Oh and anyone in our family who has had a sono and confirmed the sex of their baby hasnt been wrong yet, so I am not sure why they keep saying this!

People are ridiculous.
Top this one today:
I've been on pelvic rest for almost 6 weeks. My 'friend' at work knows this, and has thrown around the comments a few times now like this:
'I got some last night, and you didnt'
'Wow, you were really rude to that person on the phone, how much longer is it till you can get laid again?'
'you must have cobwebs, it's been so long'.
Now mind you, I have thick skin, and TRUST me, I give it right back to her. Today it got rather heated, and I told her her clothes looked like a sausage casing on her.
