Substitute for EVOO
Looking for something that is healthy and will not upset my stomach. I like to cook spinach and mushrooms and other veggies together but I pay for it later.

Substitute for EVOO
I know this may seem too obvious, but is your stomach reacting to a certain vegetable? For me, I can no longer eat certain vegetables like I used to. Cauliflower is off limits now, mushrooms are a bit too gassy for me now, too. My body just can't digest them anymore.

No as I eat them without it and have no problem. It is only when I use the EVOO.

Avocado oil is good, has a neutral taste and high smoke point.
It's also a clean (non seed) oil like Olive oil

Yes give it a try, it's a very good oil

Avocado oil. It has a high smoke point so it's better for use in cooking than olive oil.
