sump pump installation
Anyone know how much it is to get a sump pump installed in the basement?
Any weird requirements?

when we got ours installed there were no requirements. the cost of the actual sump pump and installation im not too sure about. we needed to get pipes rerouted from our washer machine and sink in the basement to our spetic tank.
the total cost for new pipes, sump pump and instal of sump pump plus the service call was prob 700 a few years back

We were quoted for a frenchdrain, sump pump, regrading of yard, and trench for bilco doors for about 7K. Lifetime warrenty.

Depends on what you need done. I have a drywell that just wasn't big enough to drain all of the water that would go in during a decent rain storm, so I only needed a pump, discharge hose and power, so I did it myself for about $50.
However, if you need french drains, drywell dug, power run, plumbing run, etc, it could costs thousands....
