Sump Pump Recommendations
We just moved into our new house and we have a problem with water coming into our basement. There is a sump pump installed, but the prior owners had it installed in the wrong place
Can anyone recommend a company to install a sump pump? Also, does anyone know approximately how much it will cost?
Thanks!

Re: Sump Pump Recommendations
Depending on the how much it has to pump, they start at around $70 or so, and go up from there. I think for a typical pump, it would be in the $70-$150 range. It should be accessible and replaceable (hopefully), so if you already have a dry well where the old pump was sitting, it shouldn't be that hard to replace it. You can get pumps at Sears, HD, Lowes, etc.
If you need someone to dig a new sump in a new location, and run power and drainage, then I have no idea what it may cost.
