Re: sun question
your skin tends to be more sensitive to the sun during pg. Also, some people get melasma (mask of pg) & the sun makes it alot worse.
I wouldn't worry, just wear extra sunscrean

i agree, i wouldn't worry too much, as long as you wear extra sunscreen and don't let yourself become overheated.

Re: sun question
You may find yourself much more sensitive to the sun. Literally days after I got preggo (didn't even know yet), I came down with a horrible UV allergy while we were on a cruise. It never, ever happened before, and the first thing the doctor on board asked me was if I was pregnant!

Re: sun question
I went to FL last month and just made sure to wear a high SPF sunscreen (SPF 50!!). I usually wear SPF 30 and get decent color, and I got about the same w/ 50. Just be smart about it and you should be fine.

Re: sun question
Protect your face with sunscreen- "mask of pregnancy" can look pretty freaky and takes awhile to go awhile.....

Re: sun question
I eat lunch outside pretty much every day..and Ive gotten a pretty nice sun tan..this is my first summer baby and Im looking forward to spending my lazy days out by the pool instead of stuck in bed or on the couch..
I do find myself more sensitive to the sun...but..Ive always tanned easily..Ive just made sure that I where sunscreen.
