sunscreen question....
How young can DC be to wear sunscreen? DD is 9 weeks and we have a party this weekend. I will mostly be in the shade or in the house with her. But there are going to be so many people there who haven't seen her and I'm sure I will be outside making the rounds with her.

Re: sunscreen question....
I was just at DS's 5 month appt and the dr said the recommendation used to be 6 months but now yuo can use it on babies under 6 months. With a 9 week old, IMO, I would just keep her out of the sun as much as possible.

Re: sunscreen question....
My ped told me to use it as soon as DS was born- but the first time he got a reaction and I stopped. He still tells me to use it, but I just nod my head and dont do it. I keep him in the shade and put a hat on him

Re: sunscreen question....
My ped says 6 mths, so that's what we waited for. Keep the baby out of the sun, anyway, anyhow you can. I would def not put it on a 9 week old IMO,
