Super Easy Quinoa Salad Recipe

I saw this on the Dr. Oz show, and it seemed super easy. It was, and so delish! I always tweak recipes, no matter what is written, I used less oil and added:
almond slices
firm tofu cubes
dried cranberries (raisins are good too)

so coincidental you posted this! I was just going to ask for fave quinoa recipes!
Sounds great!
Tonite I made the red quinoa, and made the recipe on the box for stuffed roasted tomatos (used it as a side dish) and it was great! dh even liked it!!!
