Superbowl Desserts...
Anyone have any good SB dessert ideas? I have looked and can't really find anything. It will just be DH and I so it doesn't have to be fancy. He also doesn't like most fruit stuff or coconut.
I might make those football shaped brownies but I'm not sure about the cutting them into shapes part

Re: Superbowl Desserts...
i got this on Allrecipes.com
1/4 cup margarine or butter 1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 6 cups KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* cereal 1/2 cup peanut butter Add to Recipe Box
DIRECTIONS In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Mix peanut butter and vanilla into marshmallow mixture. Sir in vanilla and KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* cereal until well coated. Shape mixture into 13 (10 cm) balls. Use prepared chocolate frosting to pipe on markings and stitching. Best if served the same day.
FOOTNOTES Stove Top Method: Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. In keeping with good allergy practices, we remind you to be aware of allergens and to check labels on any packaged goods used. This recipe has been tested using Kellogg's* products. Results with other products may vary.
-Last year, I bought sugar cookie dough, shaped it into one large football and baked it. After it cooled, i iced it w/ chocolate frosting and decorated it to looke like a football!
