Here you go!
3 Haas avocados (peeled, pitted, and mashed) 1 lime, juiced 1/2 cup diced onion 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 2 roma tomatoes, diced 1 tsp. minced garlic cayenne pepper (to taste) salt (to taste)
To make this REALLY easy... you can just stick each item into a food processor for quick chopping! I usually put the onion and garlic in together, and the cilantro and tomatoes separately.
Otherwise, just mash the avocados in a bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients. mix well, and make sure you stick it in the fridge for at least an hour!

Re: SUPERBOWL MENU
Here's a twist on the PP's recipe.
4 avos red onion 1 jalepeno or poblano pepper 1 lime 1 lemon 1 tomato minced garlic chili powder salt coarse ground pepper chipotle or ancho chili powder
Start with the avocados. I cut them in half, and take out the pit and squeze the avocado out of each half. Add, red onion, jalepenos or poblano, lime and lemon juice and seasonings and mix it up. Add chopped tomatoes and mix. I prefer to serve it at room temperature with the scoops chips. I make it on the chunky side.
