supplement question
I was at my first Dr appointment today. Everything is great! She told me to take a supplement in the second tri-mester that is over-the-counter and starts with a P. I lost the slip.
Does anyone know what the name of it would be??

If by supplement you mean prenatal vitamin, my doctor started me on PrimaCare. I started it in my second trimester.
** I just re-read your post. This is not over-the-counter. I have a prescription for it... sorry!

Otc could be any prenatal vitamin. Just read the labels, they are all basically the same. If you have any other conditions, then your dr will tell you to take a more specific prenatal (like one with add iron, etc)

It isn't a prenatal vitiman. I am on precare. She specifically said supplement and said there is a website and it is advertised in lots of magazines. Any other ideas???
