Surgery spinoff: Is this a tummy tuck?
I'm looking to see if a tummy tuck is something that I can do. I'm really only looking to remove all the hanging skin. If you don't know, my belly was HUGE!!!!!!!! I had a ton of stuff going on inside my uterus and now I have an immense amount of skin hanging down.
Would this be a tummy tuck? I never thought I'd do it before another child, but as I lose more weight the skin is even worse. I can't imagine what it will be like after losing another 75 pounds.
TIA!!!!!
Has anybody ever had one?

Kelly, I had a few friends who did it.
It is highly recommended to do it AFTER you are done with kids.

one of my closest guy friends had it done as well as lipo on his stomach...he lost over 100lbs and had a ton of excess skin that hung. He looked great following it however, he didnt keep up with his diet and exercise post surgery and he gained weight back

My mother did it, and it was the best thing she ever did!
It was something she promised herself she would do after being done with kids.
It was more for skin and nothing else...luckily my mom is thin.

Yes it would be a tummy tuck, but most surgeons will advise not getting it done until you are finished having children.

I haven't had one but one of my favorite diet sites, has a women who lost a significant amount of weight & needed a tummy tuck.
