SUVs with a 3rd Row
I just saw a commercial for one where the 2nd row seat still moved forward even with a carseat installed so that access to 3rd row was easier... drawing a blank on what model

SUVs with a 3rd Row
we just got the mazda cx9. LOVE it and the backseat is on tracks so you can move it with a carseat in the back seat.

I think it's the infiniti jx. We are going to look into this when our lease on our mdx is up. I love our mdx, but you really can't access the third row. We really only use it for storage.

I have this car too and love it, but I really find the 3rd row useless. It's too small for regular use by adults and hard to access, not to mention when you have the third seat up you have very little trunk space. If you are looking for a true third row I wouldn't get this car.

that is correct. I have a jeep commander and i love it. Although we have 2 kids right now. I'll be looking to trade it in when we have our 3rd for something with captains seats. It's just easier to access.

I love my Pilot but, I do find it difficult to access the third row with 2 carseats. We don't use it often so it's not a huge deal.
I saw a commercial for an Infinity SUV and they are making it easier to access the third row, even with carseats - so I'm hoping down the road it will cross to other models!
we also have a pilot and are looking at getting the infiity next year some time. I love the pilot hate how they don't offer bucket seats in the second row.

We have this too and love it. My mom has the pilot and the third row is pretty much non existant - there is no way an adult could sit back there for an extended period of time.

Eh - I love mine too. But IMO the 3rd row is a COMPLETE waste for 2 reasons
1. You absolutely can not access it with 2 carseats in the car (unless of course you take one in/out to let people climb in/out of the 3rd row
2. Once the 3rd row is up, the trunk space is laughable .......there is literally NO room - I could get my flat folded city mini back there standing up - but nothing else. And IMO, if you have reason for the 3rd row, you have other 'stuff' that you actually need some trunk space for ! -
