sweet potato Fries recipe?
someone posted that they give thier daughter sweet potato french fries. can you tell me how you make them..

I think it was Prncss. She bakes them and gives them to Ava. I think they sound good too.

I make them for Emily -- she loves them and I do too.
I usually get 2 large sweet potatoes (this will serve me, DH, Emily for dinner with some leftovers)
Cut them into big chunky slices, like steak fries.
in a bowl drizzle them with EVOO and toss them around in the bowl before putting them on the baking sheet.
sprinkle with coarse salt & fresh ground pepper.
bake at 425 for about 20-30 minutes, until they are nice and soft.
I've also beat one egg white before and put them in that in a bowl, to coat them, before the EVOO and they say it makes them crispier but I like them better w/out the egg white.
