Are you on blood pressure meds? Are you on your feet alot? Did you get bit by a bug and are allergic? I hope you feel better.

went to the doc. He says it's a little water retention and I should elevate my feet and cut out some salt. Blood pressure was a ok.
I was on my feet for a long time in shoes that I had no business wearing,
It really spooked me.
