Swimming lessons...gift for teacher?
My DD is taking a 3 week swimming lesson at the town pool. My mom (who takes her there) over heard other mothers talking about getting a gift for the swimming teacher.
I was just wondering is this appropriate or not. The thought never even crossed my mind.

I'm curious about this, too. It didn't occur to me to give them anything until I read some of the posts about camp gratuities.
