Swollen Gland
I have a swollen gland in my groin area and was wondering what it could possibly be from.....
I went to the dr. the other day and she noticed it too, and said I might have something "viral".

A friend had this and she had some kind of infection. She took antibiotics and it went away.

could also be an infected lymph node..... I know it's easy to get them if you're super stressed. (in grad school, when we were all studying for our qualifying exam (basically the 'bar exam' for biochemists), 2 of my friends and I all got infected lymph nodes.... 2 of us in our arm pit, and the third in the groin area.
If that's the case, just put a hot moist compress on it 5 times a day, and it will go away in a week or so
