Symphony In Motion mobile
i really like the one i registered for and it got good reviews, (its already been purchased off my registry) but i just realized the manufacturer age says birth to 6 months. The other one (geometric black/red/white shapes) says it can be used until 24 months i guess because its shorter. Do you think i really can only use it until 6 months??
My friend has it and her twins still use it at 8 months

Re: Symphony In Motion mobile
i think my mobile says the same thing that goes with my crib bedding. It says that ONLY bc after 6 months our little ones can stand up in their crib and possibly pull i t down.. i do believe the maufactures do not want to get sued or have a problem and that is why is is on the packaging.
i put on my reg. the sound soother goes on side of crib i got that also so i can take my mobile off and use that.. it could be safer.. I think fisher price makes it. i will look it up if you want me to

Re: Symphony In Motion mobile
I have the red, black abd white one and DS could be bothered with it at all. It depends on the kid.
Besides, you could always return the one you are getting afterwards. No one will be insulted.

Re: Symphony In Motion mobile
The Tiny Love Mobile is a SENSATIONAL product. I still use it with my 18 month old, he turns it on in the night to help him get back to sleep. He doesn't try to pull it down (although other peoples kids might do...) But Its freaking great.

Re: Symphony In Motion mobile
At a certain age they may grab it and pull on it so that's where that age thing comes into play. I have the symphony in motion mobile and the rainforest soother on ds's crib and he loves them both.
He'll be 4 months and just starting to be able to reach his mobile no pulling on it yet though.

Re: Symphony In Motion mobile
thanks i registered for both the Tiny love mobile because it received rave reviews and the Aquarium Ocean crib mobile too - it looks v similar to the rainforest one above?
I was just confused because the 2 Tinylove mobiles one says it can be used for longer (but i don't think its as cute/fun as the one that goes to 6 months). do i make sense or is my preggo brain talking?
