Table foods for 15 month olds??
I am in desperate need of healthy ideas for table foods to feed DS, I really do not like the idea of feeding him processed foods such as chicken nuggets or hotdogs, and he already eats:
Cheerios Puffs American cheese (will not eat Mozzarella) Rice Pasta (sometimes refuses it) Small pieces of Bread with melted cheese Strawberries
He seems to really not like potatoes in any form.
I am afraid to give him meat yet; scared he will choke on the chewy pieces (he has 8 teeth, no molars)
TIA
ETA: I work FT so I am limited on time on weekdays

YOur list looks good, although you can add more fruit, like bananas, peaches, apricots etc. You should definitely give him meat- 8 teeth is plenty to chew with! I do small pieces of well cooked chicken.

Re: Table foods for 15 month olds??
At 15 months unless your DC has allergies or there is a history of allergies in your family, there is really no reason why you can't give your child almost all table food, and none of it needs to be pureed (avoiding the obvious like nuts and shellfish). Just give small pieces and supervise, your DC will be fine.
DD's pediatrician had us start giving her meat at 6 months old. She has been eating small bites of chicken, steak, hamburger, turkey burger, lamb chops, pork, etc. since 7 months. She only has her two front bottom teeth, they do not need teeth to chew meat.
She has also been eating pieces of (all cooked) carrots, sweet potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, green beans, wax beans, black beans, broccoli, peas, red potatoes, onions, corn, butternut squash, etc. She eats whole bites of whole wheat macaroni or linguine cut in half.
For fruits you can give anything cut up. DD loves blueberries, peaches, nectarines, pears, bananas, kiwi, avocado (is that fruit or veggie?), plums, raw tomato, etc. Other than applesauce, there is really no reason to give anything pureed.
She eats pieces of milk free homemade pancakes.....well, she eats pieces of everything that doesn't contain milk since she is allergic.
