Shana -- I'd be freaking out too if I got a BFP right now -- but I have to say that secretively I almost wish it would happen. It would be tough but I do believe that everything happens for a reason and I never thought we'd be able to handle baby #1 bt it is all working out and I know that things would have a way of working out for baby #2.
Remember that you and Rich love eachother, are wonderful parents, and can definately get through this. You are great parents to Aly and you will be the same to the new one on it's way.

How far apart will they be??
18 months? thats not so bad...and believe me...in some ways it will be easier because when the new baby gets a little bigger they will keep eachother company and leave you alone!!!!
I know its a lot to swallow right now...but you'll do fine!
One of the most annoying things for me when I was PG w/#2 is when strangers would come up to me & say things like "wow youre gonna have your hands full!!" or "my god are you CRAZY??!!!!"
some people are so RUDE!!!
I always replied back that I considered it a blessing-knowing a lot of women who couldnt get pregnant.
Wishing you an easy 9 months!!

Congrats. Don't stress. My brother and I are 8 years apart and HATED EACH OTHER because I was his annoying "baby" sister. I always wished we were closer in age.

I know it may be a surprise but I know my sister and I were 14 months apart and were the best of friends.....your kids will be so lucky to be close in age!! congrats!!

Thanks you all for your support and kind words during this VERY emotional time for us. I am still unsure of how I DO feel and how I SHOULD feel.....
DH had mixed emotions.....happy and nervous at the same time. HE has faith (moe than me) that it will work out.
I just feel like I cannot do this right now.
