I have to figure this out too.
There are rooms they have designated for family visits so I'm sure I could use one of those and we also have a fridge where I could store things.
However, I work in the field a lot so I'm not sure how that would work. I don't have a problem pumping in my car and depending on where I am I can even go home for a little to do it. But, if I need to pump and I'm out in the field how in the world do I keep it cold? Or do I just pump and dump in that case?
Your job sounds similar to mine. Where do you work?

I'm pumping right now lol. You will find ways around it. Just always remember that you are afforded breaks to do so. I know a ton of people who pump to and from work in the car. You'd need a hands free bra for it not to be a danger (and a cover if you don't want the semis honking at you!). I dont need to do it but if my commute was an hour+, I'd consider it!! Just be committed, you will find a way!.

Re: Taking breaks at work to pump
First of all, they HAVE to BY LAW allow you to pump during work. I did it and it sucks, but is totally worth it.
Do you have, or can you get a work laptop issued? I had one that I would bring with me bc I needed like half an hour to pump enough.
When I started, I would look at pics and vids of my baby to help with letdown and then once that started, then I would answer essential emails.
If I didn't, I would just be stressed and pressured the whole time and Id pump like an ounce.
As for storage, I brought a cooler type lunch bag with me and put them in there in the fridge and no one knew any different.

It is obvious that pumping while driving is not at all safe and it is difficult too, best way you pump in the morning and store it in your home fridge, if it is possible then go to home in your lunch break for pumping but make sure that you are giving time for your lunch also.
It's actually very easy to pump while driving. I use my hands-free pump bustier with an apron as a nursing cover. (I would post a picture of the bustier but they are all silly looking in the adds.) Both of my hands are on the steering wheel the entire time I am driving. I set up to pump before I start the car.
I have the Medela free-style. It is very small and sits in my lap. I have a power cord that plugs into the car charger that Medela sells.
It really can be done safely and easily.
