Talk to me about morning sickness
So I'm sitting at my desk eating a bagel and about half way through I start to feel nauseous and can't even think about taking another bite. This was about an hour ago and I'm still feeling it. Is this a mild form of morning sickness? Or just a typical nauseating feeling, lol. Or is it all in my head?

Re: Talk to me about morning sickness
For me it usually happened more if I was hungry, then when I was actually eating. But then again I had plenty of food aversions also. One time I got a bagel with veggie cream cheese and the veggies were in chunks, and it grossed me out so bad I made my DH wipe all the cream cheese off for me! He thought I was nuts!
As far as I am concerned Morning Sickness can take on MANY forms!
Hope you are feeling better!

Re: Talk to me about morning sickness
when I was in weeks 8-16 eating carbs usually made me feel better... but everyone is different!! This might have been in my head but preggy pops and candies made me feel better too. I know they are sold at babies r us if you are interested.
Now that I am 36 weeks pregnant I started feeling sick again... and this is usually after I eat, even breads.
It will pass!!

Re: Talk to me about morning sickness
It's prob the start of your nausea. That's how it began with me. I would take a bite and be disgusted. And then pretty much all food turned me off. I lived off of soup and plain pasta for 2 months and never threw up thank god! You will get past this stage and wonder how you ever survived!!

Re: Talk to me about morning sickness
It's probably just the beginning unfortunately! that's how it started for me. Just random waves of nausea when I smelled something or ate something. It progressively got worse for me..i hope it doesn't for you!

Re: Talk to me about morning sickness
This was part or my morning sickness. If I wasnt nauseous then it was me being turned off by my meal halfway through it.

Re: Talk to me about morning sickness
Thanks girls. I wasn't sure if it was just totally in my head or something real. Again, I still haven't gone to the OB yet (first visit next week), so I'm still so confused about everything and trying not to look into things until I get my confirmation from the OB (I mean, I've taken 4 tests, and all came up positive, but still, lol).
Anyway, I had a gyro for lunch and I feel a little better, but still have that weird feeling in my throat and stomach.

Re: Talk to me about morning sickness
I haven't had it too bad but get nauseous at times, usually when I was hungry. There were a couple of times when I threw up in my mouth. Lately I get nauseous when I open the fridge in the morning. It's weird!
